Notifications Setting

 

In RealtyBackOffice, you can select the admins within your Company who you would like to receive notifications when your agents request a letter or refuse a Lead.

This class will show you how an Admin can do this.

First, go to Menu > Settings > Admin App Settings > Company/Office Settings > Notification Settings. Once there, you will see all the available request types your Agents can submit within a transaction. For each request type, you can add the email address of one or multiple Admins, and the system will send them a notification when the agents submit a request. Once you add the email address, click Update to save the information.

Note that by default, the fields for the request are blank, and we will send all request notifications to the primary account holder. It is important to note that once you have added the email address of the Admin/s you want to get notified, it will only apply moving forward. 

For Commission Request, Get Paid at Closing Request, Escrow Letter Equest, and Commission Demand, go to your Admin Dashboard and scroll down to transactions with pending requests. There the Admin will see the letter requests ordered by the agents with pending approval.
