Opportunity Pipelines are a part of the RealtyBackOffice CRM settings. RBO provides you with a set of default Opportunities pipelines, but you can also create new pipelines or customize the provided ones.
What is the Pipeline? A pipeline is a group of milestones a potential client can go through within an opportunity. This feature offers a filter that an Admin can use to know which stage the client is at in the Opportunity.
To get started editing your pipelines, click on Menu > Settings > Admin App Settings > Company/Office Settings (Note that each office has its own set of settings.) > Opportunity Pipelines. Once in the pipeline settings, you will notice that we have provided you with four default pipelines; Buyer, Seller, Tenant, and Landlord.
Once inside the Pipeline settings page/main panel, you can drag and drop the Opportunities Pipelines to rearrange the order. If you want to edit a default opportunity pipeline, hover over the opportunity pipeline, go to the three dots on the right and click on Edit.
The RBO sample stages are: Lead, Contacted, First Appointment, Signed Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement, Searching (searching for properties), Currently Showing Properties, Contract In Negotiations, and Won. On this window, an Admin can add, edit or delete stages.
Inside the pipeline, there are different stages for prospects.
To create a new pipeline and workflow stages in RBO, click on Add Pipeline at the top right corner. The system will display a window where you can add a Name to your Opportunity Pipeline, add stages, and assign a win probability percentage. After adding all the information, click Save.
To change the Status of a pipeline, hover over the opportunity pipeline, go to the three dots on the right, and click Edit. Go to the bottom of the window, and under Status, select Active or Inactive.
If you want to Delete a Pipeline, hover over the pipeline, click on the tree dots and click on Delete.
