RealtyBackOffice allows you to add a Tag to a Lead or a Contact you upload to the system. Only the Super Admin can see the People Tags module in General Settings. Once a user adds a Tag to the system, it can be auto-populated. Also, if you add a Tag to a Lead or Contact record, you can utilize the filters to narrow the Lead or Contacts by the Tag.

To Manage the People Tags, the Super Admin needs to go to  Menu > Settings > General Settings > People Tags. There the Super Admin can either rename or delete the Tag.
