Preferences

This short video will show how to customize your preferences in situations where one property will be listed and sold by an agent. Only the Super Admin can make changes to Preferences, and only the SuperAdmin will see this module in General Settings.

If you prefer that the transaction counts one time if one of your agents represents both the listing and selling sides of a transaction, you can check the box under Preferences.

For transaction count & sales volume to count one time, the following fields must be identical on both transactions.

• Address
• MLS number
• Closing date
• Price

Once you have checked the box, please click on update preferences to save the changes.
